HERealGunZ Terms of Service
1. Introduction
This Terms of Service Agreement ("ToS") governs your use of the RealGunZ website, game servers, Discord server, forums, and any related services operated by RealGunZ.
By accessing or using any RealGunZ service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to remain informed of any updates or modifications made to this agreement.
2. General Rules
Users must comply with all applicable laws while using RealGunZ services.
You agree not to
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Harass, threaten, insult, or abuse other users.
Publish obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content.
Violate the privacy rights of other individuals.
Upload or distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
Use RealGunZ services for illegal activities.
Any violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent account termination.
3. Staff Authority
The RealGunZ Administration Team reserves the right to remove, edit, lock, or delete any content that is considered inappropriate, harmful, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.
Staff decisions are final unless otherwise reviewed by senior administration.
RealGunZ reserves the right to deny access to any user, account, or service at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
Users are expected to treat all staff members respectfully. Harassment, abuse, or repeated disrespect towards staff may result in penalties.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
By registering an account, you agree that
You will not share your account credentials with others.
You will not access accounts belonging to other users.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
You will provide accurate registration information.
RealGunZ is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised accounts, password sharing, or user negligence.
5. Multiple Accounts
Unless explicitly authorized by administration, users may not create accounts for the purpose of bypassing restrictions, bans, punishments, or limitations.
The use of alternate accounts to evade penalties may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
6. Community Conduct
The following behavior is prohibited across all RealGunZ platforms:
Spamming
Flooding
Advertising external services
Promoting competing GunZ servers
Impersonating staff members
Sharing malicious software
Posting shocking, violent, or graphic content
Distributing personal information of other users
Creating unnecessary drama or harassment campaigns
Users are expected to contribute positively to the community.
7. Purchases and Donations
All purchases, donations, premium memberships, virtual items, currencies, and digital services provided by RealGunZ are final.
By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that
No refunds will be provided except where required by law or at the sole discretion of RealGunZ Administration.
Chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
Virtual items remain the property of RealGunZ and may be modified, removed, or rebalanced at any time.
8. Privacy
Your use of RealGunZ services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using RealGunZ services, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All RealGunZ content, including but not limited to website content, graphics, custom systems, designs, logos, text, and community-created content owned by RealGunZ, may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without permission.
10. Service Availability
RealGunZ services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, data preservation, or permanent availability of any account, character, item, ranking, or service.
Maintenance, updates, rollbacks, resets, or service interruptions may occur at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
RealGunZ, its owners, administrators, moderators, developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Users utilize RealGunZ services at their own risk.
12. Modifications
RealGunZ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Trms.
13. Acceptance
By creating an account, connecting to the game server, using the website, Discord server, forums, or any RealGunZ service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
14. Additional Service Terms
14.1. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of a company, organization, government entity, or any other legal body without prior written permission from the RealGunZ Administration Team.
14.2. RealGunZ is a private gaming community intended solely for entertainment purposes.
14.3. Access to RealGunZ services is provided free of charge. Donations are entirely voluntary and do not create any customer, ownership, partnership, or contractual relationship between the user and RealGunZ.
14.4. All donations, purchases, memberships, virtual items, currencies, and digital services are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
14.5. RealGunZ may distribute promotional rewards, event prizes, gifts, bonus items, or special items at its sole discretion. Such items are not guaranteed and may not be restored if lost, deleted, exchanged, transferred, or otherwise removed.
14.6. RealGunZ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or deny access to any account, user, character, website service, Discord service, or game service at any time and for any reason.
14.7. All users must treat staff members and fellow community members with respect. Harassment, abuse, threats, discrimination, or repeated disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action.
14.8. The use of cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, macros, automation software, modified clients, memory editing tools, packet editing tools, or any unauthorized third-party software that provides a direct or indirect gameplay advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination without warning.
14.9. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, passwords, email addresses, and devices. RealGunZ accepts no responsibility for compromised accounts resulting from password sharing, negligence, malware, phishing attempts, unauthorized access, or any user-related security failure.
14.10. The restoration of accounts, characters, items, currencies, rankings, statistics, or any other game-related data is performed solely at the discretion of the RealGunZ Administration Team. Restoration requests may be denied without explanation.
14.11. RealGunZ does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Maintenance, technical failures, network outages, server crashes, data loss, delays, attacks, or service interruptions may occur at any time without prior notice.
14.12. All accounts, characters, virtual items, currencies, rankings, achievements, statistics, and other game-related data remain part of the RealGunZ service and may be modified, adjusted, reset, removed, or discontinued at any time.
14.13. All game-related content exists only for as long as the RealGunZ service remains operational and available. RealGunZ is under no obligation to maintain any service indefinitely.
14.14. By using any RealGunZ service, you acknowledge and agree that all decisions made by the RealGunZ Administration Team regarding accounts, punishments, access restrictions, and service management are final unless otherwise determined by senior administration.
