All purchases made through RealGunZ are final.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
No Refunds
RealGunZ does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases, including but not limited to:
- Premium memberships
- Virtual items
- In-game currency
- Cosmetic items
- Donations
- Any other digital products or services
Once a purchase has been successfully completed and delivered to your account, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the RealGunZ Administration Team may result in account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination of access to RealGunZ services.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the RealGunZ Administration Team, including:
- Duplicate payments caused by a technical error
- Unauthorized transactions verified by the payment provider
- Failure to deliver purchased content due to a confirmed system error
Any exception does not guarantee a refund and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that all purchases are made intentionally and on the correct account before completing payment
RealGunZ is not responsible for purchases made by family members, friends, or any other individual with access to your account or payment method.
